Lemon licor
Ingredients:
15 lemons
2 bottles of vodka with a capacity of: 750ml
4 sugar tazas
5 water tazas
Preparation:
1)With a pelapatacas, cut the lemons' rind, but leave them a bit of the white skin to make them a little bit bitter.
2)Drop in a big bottle the dropped rinds cutted in xulianas, with the content of a bottle of vodka, make them repouse during fourty days.
3)40 days after, add the content of another bottle and cold syrup.
LEMON LICOR (LIMONCHELO)
Ingredients:
For a litre of augardente from Portomarín-Galiza :
12 rinds of lemons, with the white part
600 grs. of sugar
Preparation:
With a litre of water, boil it first with the sugar, when the liquid is tempered, you have to incorpor the rest. Keep it in tthe refridgerator and it should be drank very cool. Made in Galiza, Spain.
