Sangría

Lemon licorIngredients:

3 peaches
50 gr.. of sugar
5 cl. of cognac
1 liter of red wine of the house
1 branch of cinnamon
1 orange juice glass
½ lemon juice glass
1 crust of lemon cut to half

Preparation:

Pelar the peaches and to divide them for half, to clear the bone and to cut them in rodajas fine. To put them in a container with the sugar and the cognac. to add the red wine, an orange juice glass and ½ of lemon, cnela and the spiral of lemon crust. To serve very cold and with a spoonful of wood.
